3D Printing Workshops Conducted amid Faculty of Science Open Day

In celebration of the Faculty of Science's 65th anniversary open day, makerspace@UM hosted a three-day 3D printing workshop, facilitated by student helpers Ming Kang and Adam.

Short Workshops Prove Effective

We were surprised by how much participants could learn in just two hours. The students from MARA Bentong, who already had prior knowledge of AutoCAD design but not of 3D printers, found the workshop particularly beneficial. It enabled them to transform their computer designs into tangible physical objects.

Strengthening Ties with the Faculty of Science

Our already close relationship with the Faculty of Science has been further solidified. We extend our sincere gratitude to the open day organizers for providing us with participants and two facilitators, Shuhada and Celion.
